Refund policy

Bel Essential prioritizes customer happiness. If you aren't completely satisfied with your
purchase, we're here to help

Returns: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return any item. The item must be
unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Wigs, hair extensions, cosmetic goods, and personal care items
cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene concerns.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at Return@belessential.com with
your order number and reason for return. Once authorized, we will send you a pre-paid
return label.

Refunds: When we receive your item, we will evaluate it and notify you of its status.
Approved reimbursements will be granted within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, simply send us an email and we will help you
through the process.
