Return Policy

Bel Essential values client satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

 Returns: You have 15 days from the purchase date to return an item.  The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

 Non-Returnable Items: Wigs, hair extensions, cosmetics, and personal care items cannot be returned after opening due to hygiene concerns.

 To start a return, send an email to returns@belessential.com with your order number and reason for return.  Once authorized, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

 Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will analyze it and tell you of the situation.
 Approved reimbursements will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 To exchange an item, simply drop us an email and we will guide you through the process.
