At Bel Essential, we value client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

Returns:
You have 15 days from the delivery date to return an item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene concerns, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Wigs

Hair extensions

Cosmetics

Personal care items

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at sales@belessential.com with:

Your order number

Pictures of the damaged/defective item(s)

Our team will review your case promptly and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return:
Please email returns@belessential.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the result.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

To exchange an item, email sales@belessential.com, and we'll help.
