We value your satisfaction at Bel Essential and are committed to providing high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our products, we enforce a strict return policy to ensure the integrity and safety of all items sold.

• Return Eligibility

Unused Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have missing tags, or appear tampered with.

Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date. We strictly enforce this timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are nonreturnable: final sale items, custom or personalized products, and any opened or used beauty products

• Return Process

Request a Return Authorization: Email return@belessential.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was defective. Once we approve your return request, follow our instructions to send the item to our facility.

Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure compliance with our return standards. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Important: We reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Shipping fees and expedited services are non-refundable.
